Check the clock working or not before hanging it:
1,Put in the AA 1.5 battery and watch the gear running or not. If will run that means the clock works good.
2,If the gear runs good,but the pointer won’t run with the gear,please following below step to fix it.
1):Remove all the pointers
2):Install the battery,if the movement is working means that pointer is not installed correctly
3):Install the pointer and it must be installed firmly and keep balance and not cross. Observe for few minutes,then the clock should work.
If the clock does not work, please follow below procedures to check and resolve the problem.
1. Please check whether the battery is good and assembled properly. If not, please change the battery or reassemble the battery. 2. Please pull out the second head on the top of the middle first,and then put it on carefully. Usually it was pressed and the clock was stuck when in transportation. 3. Please check whether the hands are loose. Whether the hands cross over each other. Whether the hands touch the dial plate. If so,please tighten or adjust the hands. If not, please rotate the dial on the mechanism. Rotate clockwise two laps and anticlockwise two laps. (If the dial can not be rotated, please check whether the hands are cross over or the nut was tightened too much). 4. When hanging the clock on the wall, please make sure the wall is flat and there is nothing touching the dial of the mechanism. If there is a barrier, please remove it or hang the clock on other place of the wall. Notice:
1. If the clock does not have a second hand, you will not see that the clock is working unless several minutes later. 2. The clock hands are flexible,If needed they can be bent with your hands.
